Transport fans are machines whose primary function is to provide and accommodate a large flow of air or gas to various processes of many industries. This is achieved by rotating a number of blades, connected to a hub and shaft, and driven by a motor or turbine.

With all forms of air transport, resistance occurs, this is due to friction which means that overall pressure is reduced in the flow direction. To effect and maintain air transport, pressure has to be increased at some stage to compensate for pressure loss. This is usually achieved in fan systems using radial and axial fans designed to boost air flow in the direction of the outlet. Taking this into account, Aairex provides many variations of fans in order to suit specific requirements.

Model Type JK 20D – 40D

The Model Type JK centrifugal fan is direct coupled and designed for material handling from 1,000 to 9,000 m³/h. It is equipped with a self cleaning impeller which has backwards inclined blades and an aerodynamic intake. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced.

The Model Type JKK is a centrifugal fan is direct coupled and designed for material handling from 5,500 to 40,000 m³/h. It is equipped with a self cleaning impeller which has backwards inclined blades and an aerodynamic intake.

 

 

 

 

 

Model Type MTD

The Model Type MTD s a centrifugal fan is direct coupled and designed for transport of clean air from 3,500 to 7,000 m³/h. It is equipped with a self cleaning impeller which has backwards inclined blades The power consumption of this fan is minimal.
